Heartland Roller Derby Union is Southeast Houston's newest roller derby league, built and run by skaters, for skaters. Whether you're a seasoned veteran, straight out of boot camp, brand new to skating, or just roller-curious, all are welcome to lace up with us! We work hard to foster an inclusive environment that welcomes everyone who loves fast-paced, hard-hitting action.
Our Mission
Heartland Roller Derby Union exists to promote physical wellness, education, and community connection through the sport of roller derby. We provide an inclusive, accessible, and structured environment for adults and youth to develop athletic skills, teamwork, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills while participating in safe, supervised programs that foster confidence, empowerment, and lifelong participation in athletic activity.
